Hey mom

Yes it's true your going through what every other mother has felt since the beginning of war,
The mother’s love for her son is too strong even for herself to realize her son is fighting, thinking when I was a little boy the first kid you had and now you let me go so I can do my part for our nation. Mom your are the best your strong and determine for every cause. You never quit you peruse the obstacles that which is laid in front of you. That’s were I get my determination from that’s were I get my self-motivation from. Many say we are heroes I say the mothers of the grunts are. I love you mom I thank you for everything take care love you.

Your son

           His Memory Will Live On

We can shed tears that my Danny is gone,
Or you can smile because he lived,
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
Or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left.

Your heart can be empty because you can't see him
Or you can be full of the love that you shared,
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.

You can remember him and only that he is gone
Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on,
You can cry and close your mind be empty and turn your back,
Or you can do what he would want: smile, open your eyes,
and let his memory through you live on.

In My Dreams

Somewhere in my dreams I'll see you standing there.
You look at me with a bright smile "Life isn't always fair"
You say you were chosen for it was your time to go
“God really needed you, and we miss you so...
It's said to be that angels are sent from above,
...I've always had you- my angel whose heart was filled with love. "While there's a heart in me, you'll always be a part of me."

In My Heart

In my heart I carry this pain, With these tears I know it will never be the same
I look up at the sky so blue to see if there is an image of you. I pray to the lord to give me the strength and to be able to tell the world you didn't die in vain.
You were taken from me too young, I just keep in my mind it was your turn to travel to a place where there is no more pain and sorrow. The time will tell when I see you again; “Sleep My Baby Sleep” for I don’t fear anymore the name of “Death”, that’s where you are, In an Eternal Rest.
